[Essential information]
The manual clamp type gate valve (knife gate valve) has compact design, small space occupation, light weight, easy installation, wear resistance and anti blocking measures, so it is easy to maintain and long service life.

As required, a plurality of flushing openings are provided around the valve body for flushing directly with air, steam or water to prevent gradual accumulation of sediment, particularly for difficult input fluids.

The abrasion resistant folding cone made of poly rubber or Ni wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, so that the particulate material can be directly washed on the seal so as to improve the working conditions and prolong the service life.

The upper end of the knife plate is provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene and a mud scraper which can prevent the scrape substances such as dust and gravel from entering the stuffing box.
It adopts a full circle design, the end of the knife plate is processed into a knife edge, with high finish and good sealing performance.
